To get the most from your reed diffuser, follow these tips:

1. Choose the Right Location: Place your diffuser in a high-traffic area or near a door to ensure the scent circulates well throughout the room.
2. Flip the Reeds Regularly: Flip the reeds every few days or at least once a week to refresh the fragrance and maintain a consistent scent.
3. Use the Right Number of Reeds: Adjust the intensity by adding more reeds for a stronger scent or removing some for a subtler aroma.
4. Keep Away from Direct Sunlight: Avoid placing your diffuser in direct sunlight or near heat sources, as this can cause the oil to evaporate faster.
5. Rotate the Diffuser: If the scent starts to fade, try moving the diffuser to a new location in the room for better airflow and distribution.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Damaged Items

If an item you receive is damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will require you to send us photos of the damaged items to allow us to claim the damages back from our couriers.

Refunds

Once we receive the item back and have inspected it, we will notify you of your refund.
